Channel Operations Manager (Base: Ningbo/Shenzhen)

Salary Range: 12K–22K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute channel cooperation policies and operational systems, assist in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers and industry partners regarding daily cooperation, contract execution, and issue resolution.
  3. Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth channel operations.
  4. Monitor operational data, generate analysis reports, identify business risks, and manage billing/account reconciliation.
  5. Participate in key channel cooperation projects and support implementation.
  6. Complete other channel operation-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business, marketing, supply chain, or telecommunications preferred.
  2. 5+ years of channel operations or B2B cooperation experience.
  3. Strong process management and cross-department collaboration skills.
  4. Familiar with financial reconciliation and operational data analysis.
  5. Strong communication, execution, compliance awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Channel Operations Specialist (Base: Ningbo/Shenzhen)

Salary Range: 6K–9K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with cloud communication suppliers regarding pricing, routing, and capacity.
  2. Assist with route procurement, quotation comparison, and cost analysis.
  3. Monitor SMS/Voice route quality indicators such as ASR, ACD, and delivery rates.
  4. Maintain supplier lifecycle management and operational SOPs.
  5. Support billing reconciliation, KPI reporting, and operational data analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; telecommunications, statistics, data analysis, or related majors preferred.
  2. 1–3 years of operations, procurement, supply chain, or cloud communication experience.
  3. Understanding of SMS/Voice routing quality indicators.
  4. Strong communication, execution, and analytical skills.
  5. Able to work under pressure with strong learning ability.

General Ledger Accountant (Base: Ningbo)

Salary Range: 8K–10K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full-cycle accounting operations and ensure timely financial closing.
  2. Manage accounting for revenue, costs, expenses, assets, and receivables/payables.
  3. Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  4. Handle tax declarations, tax planning, and audit coordination.
  5. Conduct financial analysis and budgeting support.
  6. Optimize financial workflows and maintain financial systems.
  7. Coordinate with auditors, tax bureaus, and banks.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting.
  2. 3–5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
  3. Familiar with Chinese accounting standards and IFRS.
  4. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong professional ethics.
  6. Strong communication and stress management skills.
  7. Willingness to continuously learn financial policies and digital tools.

Operations & Maintenance Specialist (Base: Open Location)

Salary Range: 6K–8K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain routing configurations, quality monitoring, and system testing.
  2. Conduct route testing and maintain operational records.
  3. Support operational data maintenance and quality analysis.
  4. Assist customer service teams with technical troubleshooting.
  5. Maintain operational documentation and data structures.
  6. Optimize routing and maintenance SOP processes.
  7. Support cross-functional operational tasks.
  8. Complete route testing and customer support tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in telecommunications, information management, or related fields.
  2. 1–3 years of operations, customer support, or communication-related experience.
  3. Basic understanding of communication systems and routing operations.
  4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Good communication and coordination abilities.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.

Customer Service Specialist (Base: Open Location)

Salary Range: 6K–8K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer and supplier requests through email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
  2. Provide first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant departments.
  3. Maintain accurate customer service records and system data.
  4. Communicate with customers during service issues and synchronize feedback internally.
  5. Maintain customer and supplier information systems.
  6. Support service quality analysis and SOP optimization.
  7. Assist with operational support tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; telecommunications, e-commerce, business English, or related majors preferred.
  2. 1–3 years of customer service or operational support experience.
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  4. Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively.

Administrative Specialist (Base: Ningbo)

Salary Range: 5K–6K RMB

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle daily administrative coordination and office operations.
  2. Manage business reception, visitor coordination, and travel arrangements.
  3. Responsible for government subsidy applications and documentation.
  4. Proactively handle daily office matters and emergencies.
  5. Support cross-department administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with professional appearance and communication skills.
  2. Experience in subsidy applications and government coordination preferred.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong documentation management abilities.
